Our Privacy Posture and Jurisdiction Notes
We process your data where local law permits and only inside supported regions. The policy covers what you give us at sign-up — name, contact details, device fingerprint, and the e-wallet handle you choose for top-ups. We keep records as long as your account is active, plus the retention window our compliance team is required to hold. If you close your account,
we delete what isn't legally required to retain. Cross-border storage is limited to vetted processors. You can request a copy of your file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we're not bound to keep it. Requests are answered within thirty days.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
